BlackFX automotive offers for sale its Product(s) and/or Services(s) according to its standard Product Availability. Due to high demand, some of BlackFX offered products may be on a delayed shipping time. Although most orders ship on schedule, we appreciate your patience with any possible delays.
DISCLAIMERS & SUGGESTED PRACTICES
We are happy to provide assistance with order processing and application questions. We highly recommend testing products prior to its end use. We also strongly suggest wearing the proper safety equipment and using products in well-ventilated areas. All Powders / Pearls / Pigments which contain Dyes or colorants may be subject to fading over prolonged UV Exposure. BlackFX cannot take responsibility for customer’s final results. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to test products prior to the intended use. BlackFX takes zero responsibility or liability for the application process, usage practices, or customers’ end results.
Our products are used singularly or in combination with one another to create custom paint. All of our products are in dry form, which makes them much more affordable than pre-mixed paint.
Refund Policy
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Refund Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item).
